Retreat cooking

I love to nourish groups of people on retreat, whether it's yoga, movement, activism, writing, wellness, or conferences. I take great pride in providing for people who are taking time for self care and rest. Having bright, beautiful, and healthy food provided is a huge piece of how people find rejuvenation and ease while on retreat!

Your retreat guests will get 3 nutrient-packed meals per day served as a luscious buffet, with hand-crafted drinks, snacks, and desserts available as an optional add-on. 

I offer retreat cooking for groups of up to 20 people, and I'm available to travel.

  • Soba noodle salad with thin sliced crunchy veggies, basil, mint, and sesame-mirin dressing

  • Hibiscus and ginger iced tea with agave and sea salt

  • Broccoli, quinoa, and cheddar cakes

  • ​Creamy carrot-miso orecchiette pasta with carrot top gremolata on the side

  • ​Green salad with carrots, cucumber, avocado, radish, and homemade buttermilk dilly ranch

  • ​Gluten-free oat and seed bread

  • Cucumber, mint, and lime agua fresca

  • Lemon-poppyseed bundt cake with raspberry icing topped with rose and borage

  • Chai spice molasses crinkle cookies

  • Brownies with cream cheese swirl and blackberries

  • Carrot cake with all the fixins

  • Chocolate avocado mousse and coconut whipped cream
