I love to nourish groups of people on retreat, whether it's yoga, movement, activism, writing, wellness, or conferences. I take great pride in providing for people who are taking time for self care and rest. Having bright, beautiful, and healthy food provided is a huge piece of how people find rejuvenation and ease while on retreat!
Your retreat guests will get 3 nutrient-packed meals per day served as a luscious buffet, with hand-crafted drinks, snacks, and desserts available as an optional add-on.
I offer retreat cooking for groups of up to 20 people, and I'm available to travel.
